I've been coming to this forum for several years and I'm embarrassed to say I've never had a Fatty in my smoker. The recent bacon lattice pics put me over the edge and I had to try it. Keeping it simple for my first attempt, here's my bacon cheeseburger Fatty:

I'm not sure if I did the bacon right because it went too smoothly.

This is the only way they want bacon cheeseburgers from now on. I can't argue, and one of the easiest things to do in a smoker.

I have to confess, I have never done a Fatty in the Bradley either.

I've smoked a fatty and it was good... I'm pretty sure it was inhaled. LOL.

I don't run the smoker nearly as often as many here but when I do, there's a reason I always leave half a rack open for a fatty. My "go to" recipe is a GB-Italian Sausage mix with onions, green peppers, jalapeno, spinach, and provolone with some kind of rub and the weave. Good eats every time.

Ive never done a fatty either but its on the list of things to do, Yours looks excellent!!!

Nice job on that fatty ;D

I like to finish the bacon some on the grill or TEB when it is done to crisp it up a bit ;)

I guess it's confession time. I also have never done a fattie. Have had smoker now for over 2 years. :)

We eat allot of fatties around here.

A good looking fatty, and a nice way to have multiple bacon-cheese burgers.
