This will be interesting. Assuming you are going to make the Muebe Jerky style nuggets using the gator meat I will be interested to hear how long it took to dry them and also the texture of the finished gator nugget.
When I grow up I want to be like Rick. I want all the free stuff too. ;)
This should be interesting!! When I was in Daytona for bike week a few years back I had gator on a stick.
It was really good.
Those gator bites we had at the last Smoke Out were really good. I hope these turn out half as good.

Looking good. Will be interest to know how they taste. I just did an inspection at a place and the unit next to this place has a butcher that specializes in processing game. The sign says he specializes in Gators. May be a good place to get some Gator scrapes :o
Well I guess it no longer tastes like chicken...lol...but it does look good..
All done and cooling. Taste is really good. Not rubbery and just right.
Yeeeaw

How long did they go Rick? Looks like they really shrunk from the raw stage. I'm betting they are more than just delicious.
I bet those are good ;D
Very nice Job, someday I'll try me some gator :)
Keep that recipe on the menu for the Smoke Out.
