A DUHHH moment. ;D >:( . So I'm setting up to hopefully do some nuts in Mr. Bradley and I decide, what the heck, lets hook up the PID. Cause you all know that you need tight temp control on nuts ;D. So I set the PID and shove the cabinet temp probe thru the vent ::). My temp is climbing and I'm getting happy. Everything is running smooth. As I'm picking up the kids bikes and what not, I hear this dam continuous beep ???.
I look :o at the PID and its flashing an AH2 error. WTF IS THAT, is says to myself ??? >:(. So I open the door and the temp goes down and the alarm goes off. I close the door, the temp climbs up and I notice that the beeping comes back as it hits 200'. So I open the door for a few seconds and the beeping goes away.
WTF. I got a bad probe >:(. NOPE. I pull out the printed manual and start looking. I see a page with a diagram with the errors on it :). Yeah, MY BAD DAWG ::). I put the probe in back azzwards in the PID. As some of you know, they have a high and low limit on them for safety purposes.
Solution for the problem, pay attention to what you are doing :D. Do more frequent smokes as to not forget where the probes go :D.
I will put a couple of pics up in a while of the nuts. So dont even try the ole, no pics it didnt happen thing. ;D ;D

The foil is dividing two different ones. I got some with butter, BBQ sauce and I Lil Tabasco. The others I'm trying sweet. Butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and some apple pie spice  take it easy on me :D
Let me know how the apple pie spice worked. I got 2 small bottles that came in my Penzey's order. Been thinking of trying a mad scientist experiment in making a apple pie sausage.
