Never done a Butt for bacon, only bellies. I would also be very interested in some money shots. Looks good so far.

I do a lot of Butt bacon. But use my own recipe. Me and the wife prefers it over any other bacon we have ate. Not a lot of fat but a lot of flavor. I slice pretty thin for bacon. But if you want something more like Canadian bacon,or ham try it a little thicker. It does taste different the thicker you slice.
Once you make your own bacon you will never go back. Nice looking bacon ;)
