It has been a busy month so far.  Was making jerky like crazy to send to my son (Afghanistan).  Also made some Greg's spicy sticks.  Didn't get a chance to take many pictures, but here's a few.

Ran out of casings, this is the tail end of it, Tried to stretch out but didn't work well, didn't get pics of it packed up tho

Shocker was I mailed it last Tuesday and he got today!  He and his buddies loved it.  And one in particular said make sure you tell your mom it's the best jerky he ever had and he eats alot of it.  Hmmm wonder how long it lasts?

Nice job on the jerky, an even better job sending it to the troops, and thank your son for us...we appreciate what he and his combat friends are doing for us...
