Just had to have some lamb. These came from a farm across town.
Got the chops ready. Marinade for one hour in Veri Veri Teriyaki with rosemary. Dried and cold smoked with pecan (it was handy) for 40 minutes and then onto the little Weber Q in the garage. Dang they were good.
