Well it's been a little while since I fired up the Bradley so I said to my self lets do Red Neck but use T2's rub and breakfast sausage with t2's Swine and Bovine rub + one with Bad Byron's Butt rub.
While at the store it hit me to do a chuckie for lunch meat (I'm going back to work soon) :'( :'(

I'm intrigued by the sausage log that you smoke. Do you just smoke that until it's completely done and then slice it and fry it or what do you do with it?

Always avoided canned hams like the plague. Never seen one look appetizing coming out of the can. But man that looks so good I will have to try one. Is that a real ham or ham byproducts. How are they.

Black label ham are pretty good, now I don't whats all in them but they do make great sammies! ;)
