Yes boneless. There was no bone-in and it's great to slice, but not as good.

Sam the presentation is awesome..dang it looks really good...
Well, Normie...
Jamon Serrano was a bugler in the Spanish-American war before he took up traditional Canadian dance, which, despite indian folklore, originated in Australia and preceded most known South Pacific peppercorn trading routes.
Ok...
I got nothing.
Awrighten.
Looks great. I agree that makes a fine dinner. If it had been an Iberico Bellota Granreserva you'd probably be oughta the house ;D ;D
Looks good, whatever it is. I never heard of it before. I'm guessing a dried cured meat?
I never heard of such a thing. Really looks good though. I'm guessing if the Wife put you in the dog house she looked at the check book :o

C'mon you had to remind me! I haven't had that goodness in over to years.
You must be talking from first hand experience...

Serrano ham is dry cured at least for 12-18 months. Sliced thin and served as a tapa ( appetizer). Possibly similar to a Virginia ham, but taste is totally different.
Very very good.
