Just bought a Bradley Smoker and I need to smoke a turkey breast for Thanksgiving, anybody have any good recipies?  Can I use cherry wood or hickory?

Welcome to the forum.  Check out the Poultry section of this forum.  Lots of good discussions about turkey right now.

You can certainly use cherry or hickory.  I prefer hickory but pretty much everything I smoke gets hickory.  Apple is really good on poultry too.
