Been taking pics and slacking on the postings so here some pics from some recent smokes
BBR's
I used some Amish Run that NEPA's send me. This was the first time I used the butter, brown sugar, honey technique and I cant imagine ever doing BBR's again without the BBSH... I also used the 2-1-1 rib method

Pulled pork for my friends baby shower. I used Cabela's Competition rub and injected with Italian Dressing. I saw this injection on Food Networks Diner Drive In's and Dive's. Very Good!

I use the Italian dressing thing when doing a deer roast,,,,,,,good stuff.

My dog loves the bone also, it's just that the bone's are bigger the she is.

Only way I do them now. First I smoke them with Zack's Hickory Rub. Then I do the BBHS ( double foiled)
