Title: First time canadian bacon

Id like to try making my own Canadian bacon an would like some recipes. I use a pork tender loin right? What do I use for spices an cure?
I looked through alto of older post but didn't see what I needed. sorry for asking dumb new guy questions.

There are no dumb questions here, ya gotta learn some how.  ;D

You will have better bacon with the "Loin" its off the back.

The "Tender loin" is from the inside under the back and is allot smaller.
