Title: Cornish Game Hens

Rubbed them with a mix of brown sugar, paprika, cinnamon, mace, peppar and salt. Smoked with Hickory for 2 hours @ a temp of 300 and continued till they reached an internal temp of 150. Finished in a 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes or so to crisp up the skin. let rest about 10 min before eating. Came out very juicy!
