Alright, my Bradley quest is now continuing to sausage making. Already placed myself an equipment order with Pikeman :)
I'm sure there will be plenty of questions arising as i cruise along but could think of one that I wanted to ask before I got started. Where do you guys go for your casings?

same here for artificial casings: for natural casings I go to a local butcher shop.
