Title: A+ for Bradley Smoker customer service

Thought I'd share this...
So I purchased my second Bradley Digital Smoker from an online retailer through eBay.  My first was a 4 rack BDS, but I was in need of some more space, so I bought a 6 rack BDS.
Well upon unpacking the new 6 rack, I noticed that the door was dented on the corner.  I can't say how this happened as the package was 100% in tact with no signs of being dropped.  There were also heavy duty cardboard pieces on all four corners of the tower to protect it from any damage.  How the dent occurred is beyond me.
At any rate, I gave Bradley Smokers a call and asked if this would be covered under warranty.  I was a bit skeptical since the problem was cosmetic and purchased from and online sales store.  However, the woman I spoke with was extremely friendly and said they would send out a new door, at no cost to me.

Outstanding customer service Bradley Smoker!  Makes me feel good about purchasing a second smoker!
