I'm looking for opinions.  What's the best online site in your opinion, for purchasing casings?  Thanks in advance!

Depends on what you are looking for and how many you want to buy.  If you are wanting to buy a caddy of cellulose or collegen then I would look at Dupey Equipment. http://www.dupeyequipment.com/images/catalog/2010-11_Dupey_Catalog.pdf

Allied Kinco has casings http://www.alliedkenco.com/

Butcher and Packer is a good place http://www.butcher-packer.com/

LEM sells them http://www.lemproducts.com/

When ordering online just remember to compare shipping charges.  I usually order more than I need to make it cost effective.  I always end up using all the casings I order so over ordering is never a problem.

I'm biased toward Suasage Maker (http://www.sausagemaker.com/casingsandaccessories.aspx). They have a wide variety of casings.

The one big thing I watch after availability is shipping. The internet has got to a place over the years that they make more money on shipping then the product. Some prices look the same or even cheaper till you compare shipping where hey hide the extra charge. They are not to the point that a lot wont even let you know shipping till you go to checkout. I'm beginning to consider this type of seller as a ripoff artist because they make it hard to compare apples to apples. The older I get the less I like the feeling!

If you are looking for Hog Casings, go to your local Butcher.  They will be the best price and they will usually sell less than a Hank.

For Collagen, I use Con Yeager Spice (www.Conyeagerspice.com)
