Title: More Bambi stix
Post by: Sailor on December 09, 2011, 06:28:15 AM
This is the last load of Bambi stix from the smoking marathon.  Just put them in to dry.  Will smoke with 2 hrs of Whiskey Oak. Just have 20 more pounds to smoke and will make them up into SS and smoke tomorrow.

The PID just went off saying they were at 152 IT.  Will pull them from the smoker when the rod cools down and get some photos and some $ shots.  Will post later tonight.  Got to watch Gold Rush at 9!

I used Greg's spicy stix mix and added some non fat dry milk to the batch.  I cut down on the salt that he calls for in the recipe.
