I was looking for a new stuffer and am wondering which is better between the two. I want to make sticks and some sausage. Which one works better. I read that the weston might have gear problems. I'm looking at either a 5 or 7 pound stuffer. Any help.
I have a LEM 5 lb with metal gears. Very good for batches of 5 lbs. I also have a weston 7 lb and have not had any gear issues.
Do both work good for making beef sticks?
I've got the 5lb Lem with metal gears and it's great for making sticks.
