Just ordered my first Bradley- 4 Rack Digital- should be here Friday...after seasoning, looking for any good suggestions on what to try first! Mouth drooling thinking about all of the things I am going to be making....

I have a 4 rack digital and love it, my first smoke was chicken and it was remarkable. You should have many good years of use out of it. Any thing you can think of when it comes to smoking has probably already been tried here, this forum will be very useful to you and the people here are top notch. Bill
