Hello smokers been a while since I last posted, had a question in regards to baby back ribs. I normally use hickory for baby backs but was wondering if anyone has used the jim beam pucks. And if so how was it?
Have used Jim Beam Oak pucks on Beef with wonderful results but not on pork. A combo of Hickory and/or Apple would work nicely with baby backs!
Thanks Smoker Pete I figured that I would get that response. Normally I use hickory with good results as well. Anyone know what meats work well with the Jim Beam puck? have a box laying around trying to figure out what to use it on.
