Has anyone found a source of a 5" hose that is:
1) Longer
2) More flexible
3) in-expensive
4) Food rated
...did I mention in-expensive?
Thanks in advance
Tom

Sorry.... Duct for cold smoke adapter to Bradley smoker
Tom
If your wanting food grade or NFS duct you will need to visit a restaurant supply place that has large equip.
Otherwise Lowes and Homepeepot has the solid aluminum expanding (pull to expand) dryer vent hose which many of us have used and the one Bradley includes with the cold smoke adapter.

Thanks but I'm specifically looking for 5" hose. I was hoping someone had sorted out the maze that is the internet and found a good supply.
Tom
I've been meaning to order a hose for the longest time but I just keep forgetting. Now that you reminded me I may order mine tomorrow.
The below link has several food grade hoses that you can use. You have to read the descriptions closely, because some models come in both food grade, and non-food grade. Scroll down starting with model R-2 FUME the following 3 have food grade hoses. The R-2 FUME seems to be the most flexible. The clear tubing only has the FDA rating.

That will work. I have that type of dryer hose and it is very flexible, but I have never seen it come in 5-inch diameter.

I see that the 5-inch hose is only available online. So I'm going to place an order today. I just have to figure out what to do with the other 15 feet. ;D
Thanks for that find.

I think the hose is going to be somewhat fragile, so I'm planning on keeping the extra in reserve....

They are not fragile. I have a 4-inch diameter one for over four years that I use with my cardboard cold smoke adapter. I've treated it pretty rough, and have never puntured it.
