Title: ABT appetizer's
Post by: BroSitt on December 19, 2011, 07:44:52 PM
Tonight I made up a batch of ABT's using Jalapeno's, Cream Cheese and some cheap corned beef in the middle, wrapped in a cheap store bought bacon.  These turned out pretty well, but the bacon was so cheap and fatty.  I need to find some good bacon for these for the future.  I also made a batch of what I'll call Italian Goat Turds, IGT's.  These were mini sweet peppers, stuffed with cream cheese and Italian Prosciutto, and wrapped in the same cheap  fatty bacon.  I used apple smoke for 1:20 minutes.  These both went well with my wife's chicken enchilada's and the in laws loved them.
