Post by: love the smoke on December 22, 2011, 03:32:11 PM
I did a little searching around and cant seem to find any post on cold smoking the FRESH mozzarella you know the soft stuff has anybody tried this. Just do it the same as any other cheese ? will it absorb more smoke since its soft?

I did mine the same as other cheese.  Didn't seem to be any different than the other harder cheeses.  Won't know for certain until sometime mid-January though.
