Title: Prime Rib question

I will be smoking two roasts tomorrow, one 10# and the other 8.5#. I will be smoking @ 195*-200* can anyone give me a ball park time per pound. Plan to pull @ 120* I.T.

Generally 30'-35' /#, but consider variables eg wind, ambient temp, ability of cabnet to maintain set temp .

I do mine in the over at 225 an it takes a 20# standing rib around 20 to 25 min per lb.

Thanks guys. It took right @ 30'/#. I.T. was 45* when I put it in the smoker. Came out great. One of these days I will figure out how to post pictures
