Some of you asked to see the sliced finished results of the Canadian Bacon and the Belly Bacon I smoked. Well, here you go.
Canadian Bacon. Pretty small batch. Time to make a Sams run for another whole loin.

Now the belly bacon. There was more on another cutting board but this was the best looking by far.

Pretty well pleased with how this all turned out.
