Hi Everyone
Merry Christmas
I am purchasing a bradley digital smoker the 4 tray module and can wait to start smoking. I think I will start
with cold smoking and trying some cheeses.

Welcome to the forum Michelle. Cheese is good except for the patience. You have to let is sit at least a couple of weeks for the smoke to mellow out.
