Never done these before, this is so quick and easy. A real family pleaser!


Season and wrap

Into the Bradley at 225, with Pecan, till 165 internal(2 hrs approx) and pull

A big glass of Apple Juice then dig in!

Yummy looking Glenn. A little Fontina or mild Swiss cheese and some Prosuitto (didn,t spell that right) or ham and you've got heaven! Stuffed smoked chicken wrapped in bacon. I'm feeling a moment here. Oh yeh !!!![^][^][^][^][:p][:p][:p]

Big or small you can smoke'm all!!!
