Afternoon All !  Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Chris.  I've been lurking these forum's for a couple years now, and thought I should start contributing, instead of just reading.  Got my 2nd 6-rack BDS for Xmas, and broke her in with a ham, while I was cold smoking salmon and cheese in the other. I'll post pictures tonight.  Used Spyguy's salmon recipe EXACTLY, and it came out perfect !!  I will start sharing my sausage recipes, and pretty much anything lese I try and do......  Talk to you soon !
