Title: Pork loin and spiced sweet taters
Post by: cgaengineer on December 29, 2011, 05:15:30 AM
Loin was from SAMs and I cut it into thirds...this was smoked yesterday with applewood...put it on around 10 am and removed it at 5 pm. My propane BBQ Grillware smoker was used. About 4 hours of smoke on the loin at 225.

Sweet taters are Bobby Flays recipe and they are very good.

What was you final IT.  The loins dry out real easy.  I love sweet potatoes, not familiar with Bobby Flays recipe, they sure look good.

I removed it at 180...it was very moist, I did baste it a few times during smoking so I'm sure that helped.

Sweet taters: easy to make and very good!
