Hi all,

Have today off (working Sun-Thur for the holidays) and made up some breakfast -

I realized this was the last pack of bacon (maple in this case) from my first batch. 

Good thing I'm starting a new batch.

No it's a happy time for me when I run out. Just means I can smoke some more. LOL

Just wish I could even get pork belly to make the baon with!!!  >:(  ;D
This is a happy occasion when you get to make more of the yummies of the food world. Geez when are the tech guys going to come up with smella vision???  ;D ;D ;D

Dang Jim !!! you almost sounded like you were going to be executed...lol.but I guess running out of bacon is cause for depression...lol... just make more the next time...
