tried his ginger honey pineapple glazed ribs

warmed up after a night of marinating

done after 2hrs and 40 min of apple smoke

after 2 hrs of tenting with marinate sauce

Pulled back from the bone real nice with those temps. Bet they taste real good. Nice job.

thanks, could only get smoker up to 200*F outside,
so i smoked out and moved smoker into garage to foil wrap and
finish with the glaze.
boss wasn't happy the garage smelled like smoke, but she was happy
with results
