We put that recipe in the secret black recipe book, it sure sounds good reading down through the recipe, thank you..

She couldn't find fennel sausage, so we used JD sage flavor.

It was great.

I think the only sausage around here with fennel is probably Italian.  Might try that.

Anne Burrell is my favorite chef on FoodNetwork. You can't go wrong with any of her recipes.
