Title: Sriracha Smoked Almonds
Post by: kickedback on January 01, 2012, 07:37:18 AM
Had  an empty rack in the OBS with hickory rolling, so I tossed in some almonds. Soaked them in Sriracha hot sauce for 30 minutes and put them in at 225 for 2 hours of smoke. Came out with a nice flavor.

those look awesome!  Sriracha is really gaining a foothold in the US (and Canada?)  my wife and I have used it for years but I really like that's its becoming more mainstream....it's the Salsa of 2012 and BEYOND!

(or else people just like to say Sriracha:-)

peace,
