Title: DisplacedCoonass placed some goodies on my porch..

We were chatting offline about this salt free Cajun rub he uses, so he said he would scour the pantry and send a couple canisters of it.     I think he emptied an entire shelf.   ;D

Heh, welcome again.  And yes, one can buy roux, it's much preferred to burning it or when one has a wife who insists she makes a better gumbo even though she's from Florida.
