Hello everyone!

I bought a 4 rack digital for myself for christmas. I smoked some salmon and turkey for christmas dinner and it turned out amazing! I have up to this point used a little chief and was in love with smoking meat however to achieve my goal of smoking larger cuts I needed to make a change.
