found some london broil on sale the other day and decided to slice them up and use some HI MTN INFERNO BLEND. 1st time doing jerky so we will see.
Good cut of beef for jerky. That is what I use and I slice strips cross-grain to give a little easier chew in the final product.
how often should i rotate the racks? i am thinkin about every 1 1/2. its been an hour at 140* and then i bumped it up to 150* 20 min ago and i have not switched anything
I rotated bottom to top and front to back every hour.
Yep, good stuff. I made Muebe Nuggets out of the last LB I bought.
TURNED OUT PRETTY GOOD. THINK MAYBE I NEED ONE OF THOSE TUMBLERS CAUSE SOME TASTED AND SOME NOT SO MUCH. OR MAYBE I WILL ADD ANOTHER TBS OF THE HI MTN FLVR NEXT TIME
