I am a inveterate lurker on this board...thanks for all the advice...and a poster on Chowhound. com
While I want to take NOTHING away from this board, I truly think that the experts on this board could bring converts over from Chowhound's "Home Cooking" board.
There are SO many posts, there, that are screaming for the expertise found on this board.
(Owner and user of Bradley Smoker after having 15-pounds of andouille SCOURCHED in a Brinkmann charcoal smoker...awaiting my company's electrical engineers to have time to gin up my uber-accurate PID!)

I'm not a member, but I often visit that board. They also have some good discussions.
