Title: Newbie with 4 rack Original Bradley Electric Smoker

I'm doing some reading and researching, but let me know any tips / tricks for this smoker or issues people might have had to watch out for. I just seasoned the unit on Saturday.. So i'm ready to SMOKE some meat!  Want to make jerky as well and saw the forum for that so will be checking it out.

Welcome aboard.  Pretty much any tricks and tips can be found in this section of the forum.  Read through the messages and if there's something you need more details on just ask.

also smoke with your top vent 1/2 to fully open all the time
