Got my new OBS for Christmas. Using the knowledge on this forum. I bought the OBS and a PID controller. Smoked a 9lb Picnic Shoulder this weekend and it went great. Ambient temperatures in the 20's(F) and windy, had no problems keeping the smoker up to temp. The PID worked wonderfully right out of the box. Thanks, for all the information.
