Title: Atomic nuts
Post by: Chili Head on January 04, 2012, 09:54:55 PM
I've been smoking nuts using Tabasco habenero and jalapeno juice for the heat. I've kicked it up a bit by using spontaneous combustion hot sauce.

I used half the sauce mixture for the almonds and half for the pistachios. I smoked these for two hours using hickory and dried them in the Bradley. I wish I had taken a finish picture..
These turned out great! There damn hot but I can't stop eating them! I'm going to have look for a hotter sauce to use now :D
