Trimmed some spare ribs up last night and marinated with carolina treet and jans dry rub overnight.  Looking forward to supper with a twice baked potato.

The finished product was great!  My 5 year old daughter said dad what was this when it was alive.  I said a pig.  To which she replied, dad you make good pig.  Too funny!

Good looking ribs.  When your five year old daughter likes what you cook, well it just doesn't get any better.
