Title: First ribs with BDS
Post by: theLDP on January 07, 2012, 06:53:31 PM
Well I broke in the new smoker today and I was very happy with the results.  Tender ribs.  I wanted to start with ribs beacause that's what I have smoked the most with my bullet smoker.  I placed a rub on them, smoked for 2.5 hours, 4.5 hours total at 220F.  I loved how there was little work involved and the unit performed great.
