I prefer billtong to jerky... but I will be honest - I am being a bit slack here cos' there is too much info to trawl thru on this topic and I want to go to bed now ....but does billtong get discussed here too sometimes..?

(just wondering for when I have questions...soon! ;))

Yeah sometimes biltong comes up. I have made a few times and some droewors.
