Hello Everyone,

Thanks for this great forum. My wife bought me a 4 rack digital smoker for Christmas and I get enough of it. I personally think she bought it so she didn't have to cook anymore. But I don't care I have made the best ribs, pheasant, chicken and jerky I have ever had and I have only had the smoker 3 weeks! I can't wait to share ideas and read about everyone else's successful smokes. F.L.O.S (For the Love Of Smoking)

I always thought Gods country was in Potter county PA.
