Decided to do a small Butt for the wife and kids.
Trying this, hope it works. Injected with Carolina Treet and rubbed it with some Zacks Hickory Rub.

Oh, forgot to tell y'all. It's in the Traeger.

Lil chill tonight. Current readings on the ole ET73. Notice the reminder +12 degrees for the food probe. Other than that it's still going strong. Lol
