Hey everyone I was wondering if anyone has used AC Leggs Blend 116 in making ground jerky? I have tried using premixes by Hi mountain, LEM, and Hi Country and I can't seem to find a premix that the family really loves. All the premixes seem wayyy to salty! I use AC Legg snack stick seasoning on my venison sticks and the whole family seems to love them. I always spice it up a tad. I would rather make my own seasoning mix but can't seem to get a good one found on the internet. Any help would be appreicated thanks in advance.
