Title: pucks still not feeding

so i replaced the micro switch that bradley sent me and they still dont feed.the pusher only comes back half way then returns.Anyone have a fix for this?

sounds like the  pusher or linkage is catching on a burr  or binding, open the smoke generator and activate the pusher,,, seeing where it  stops  and what the  cause is.. maybe a  little bit  of filing  wile  help. also check if there any  loose  screws and everything is  running  straight  like it  should

is there a way to run the puck advance without being connected to the smoker?

Hi Mez

You will need the sensor cable plugged in to the tower or it will give you an E-1 error.

Try the suggestions Beefman gave you and also when the motor arm retracts half way back do you hear a clicking noise comming from the motor
this could be a sign of a stripped gear in the motor.

It does click and pop up a little then it returns half way back.It seems to be working a little better with 3 bubba pucks on top of the stack.I'm limping it through this jerky smoke then i'll take it apart.
