Just want to say hello, I'm in the process of building a smoker from a bread poofing oven. I see there is a lot of knowledge out there on home made smokers. :)

I have patrolled a lot of forums over the years but can honestly say that this one ranks far above the rest with regards to people who are willing to help and cheer you on.
