Does anyone have a recipe for Smoked Haddock(Scottish Style) It was a favorite of mine when I lived in Scotland.
It was so popular it could be served at breakfast,lunch or supper.

Hi Kipper, welcome to the forum.

I have hot and cold smoked cod, pollock and haddock, the best method to date is this one:
