I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for some spicy jerky they would be willing to share.I made black nugget last weekend so i'm looking for something without a teraki flavor maybe cajin .
I use High mountain bulk cure and add my own spices.
For nuggets, I use 1 Tablespoon of garlic pepper per pound of raw meat or thereabouts. If I wanted to kick up the heat I would probably add cayenne to that, probably start with 2 teaspoons per pound and add more if needed.
