Packed the OBS to capacity this afternoon with this 10lb batch of pepperoni sticks, using the pepperoni mix from Sausage Maker.
Also got my new grinder today so i hope to be having a lot of fun going forward.

It looks like a reservation only, situation in that smoker. After the grinder I think I see a larger freezer in the works. I served some house guest some of my summer sausage today and it is always a hit.
You know we are going to need some finish money shots of this project.

Lol Kirby, i got a used upright freezer for the garage last week and I told my wife that it's reserved for MY food :)

Very nice! We also have two freezers in basement. Her's and mine. And mine is just meats!
